We want you to love what your Allwear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right — quickly and simply. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return through our Returns Portal. U.S. returns include free return shipping . All returns are refunded in the form of store credit via an Allwear E-Gift Card only.
How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Ship your item back using the label provided.

After inspection (please allow 10-15 business days), you’ll receive your store credit via email.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original Allwear product bag with tags intact

All items are carefully inspected before issuing credit

Pre-Orders
- Reservation & Payment: Pre-order items allow you to reserve products before they are in stock. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.
- Estimated Shipping: Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may ship earlier or later due to production, inventory availability, returns, or other operational factors.
- Partial & Staggered Fulfillment: Pre-orders may ship in waves. Some orders may ship earlier if inventory becomes available; others may ship in subsequent production batches.
- High Demand & Backorders: If demand exceeds the current production run, your order may be delayed to a later batch.
- Cancellation Rights: You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.
- Post-Shipment: Once your pre-order ships, it is subject to our standard returns policy.
